“After my first Spravato treatment, I got a call from their doctor saying that I had made a nazi salute that upset the nurse and therefore my further treatments were canceled. False accusation -- that didn't happen. I'm not a racist or nazi. My son was in the room and he also confirms that there was nothing resembling a nazi salute or anything resembling racist conversation. I was not able to confront my accuser or defend myself. They got to keep my second dosage, which costs $1000. Very bad people here. Crooks. I'm filing a complaint with Medicare and Cigna about this. Avoid them like the plague.”

“Everyone from the intake personnel, to the technicians, to the doctors are all super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They made my experience very pleasant. The sessions are quick and easy. I had a few painful sessions but it was my own fault for not speaking up and letting them know. Once I relayed to them I was getting headaches they immediately switched to a different type of treatment that was more tolerable and pain free. I actually look forward to my sessions because it is time I get to just sit in a quiet room and meditate for a half hour every day.”
