“This is for their TMS services. Magnets on the brain! It is a time commitment but the clarity that comes when you aren't weighed down with dark thoughts is astounding. I share a story to clarify.. A little over halfway through my treatment I had a night where sleep eluded me. In the past I would have beaten myself up saying my brain was broken or ruminating about how bad my sleep hygiene was that night. Instead, 3am rolled around and I said to myself, "Looks like no sleep tonight, might as well get up and get some work done." and that's exactly what I did!! Now to somone who isn't weighed down by depression that story might sound banal. To me tho, that was when I realized treatment was working and it was a beacon of hope. The staff have all been above and beyond helpful, even when I was in the middle of a manic episode with communication difficulties. I even had an interaction with the owner when he was manning the phones. It's weird to think that if it weren't for his call I wouldn't be writing this.. The only negative I would have to say is that their tech ecosystem could use some help but again they are willing to work with you.”
