“I went in thinking I was meeting with a neurologist but it was a PA I met with (only found this out on my own after the appointment). I had testing done, Dr Lee and I had a phone call to follow up. He gave me my results and told me that weight loss was the cure. There’s is no cure for my diagnosis. I clarified this to him, I explained that I had spoken to several doctors and done plenty of research so I asked again, “if I lose the weight, I’ll be cured?” To which he responded “the symptoms will go away, is that not a cure?” The symptoms might subside and put me in remission but my diagnosis has no known cause and no known cure. He then said he misspoke after I called it out and said I was right. Had I not done my own research previously, I would have believed I’d be magically “cured.” Which it’s borderline malpractice. He also admitted that I am not “obese” and this condition is most common in obese people. Wouldn’t that raise some flags to dig a bit deeper? We seek help from medical professionals, putting our health in their hands with hopes of truth. I’ve never felt with a doctor with such bad bedside manner who is almost inconvenienced by the patient.”

“Canceled on me last minute. Unprofessional and unaccommodating. Left me a voicemail saying they have to cancel my upcoming appointment that I already waited a month for. Expect me to wait an additional month to get in, Instead of accommodating me since they were the ones who canceled my appointment. If you have upcoming appointments, know they may cancel last minute due to something on their end, and expect you to wait an additional month or longer to be seen.”

“He is never in the office, only the assistant. She doesn’t listen to patients. They have been saying for months, they wanted to conduct a study on my son while he was admitted into the hospital. Yet, no has scheduled anything! Nothing has been sent to insurance for approval! I highly suggest going elsewhere!”
