“My experience with NeuroStim is hard to put into words. I came in with an open mind to better myself through a scientific treatment to help my mental health improve when medications and therapy were not quite enough on their own. TMS was synergistic in my protocol for success. I knew 7 weeks with Monday-Friday treatments was going to be intense, but approximately 15 minutes each day was completely tolerable and my technicians, Nate and Tikvah were my amazing daily support. Becca, office manager, was an incredible part of the success of the company as well and even helped to get insurance approval in less than 24 hours! She was so responsive via text that I was completely impressed with an office who cared enough to respond so quickly. I also wouldn’t have been able to start the process without my DNP, Matt. He listened to my history and concerns from day one in a new patient consult that lasted over an hour! He identified and even echoed my exact thoughts and words before I even spoke them. He was optimistic that treatment would work for me, which it did. Encouragement was so important! I am forever grateful for the well-organized, NeuroStim’s Federal Way supreme staff and scientific approach to adjunct treatment for improving my mental health. I was in a major crisis in the middle of therapy and I wouldn’t have been able to get through my life’s stressful events if TMS had not already been initiated. I highly recommend anyone searching for mental health help when current therapies alone aren’t working to your full expectations, to pursue TMS as an option. Although I feel like I’m one of their success stories, “if” I ever needed future TMS treatment, I would absolutely return to Federal Way’s NeuroStim office.
