“Dr. Devney is amazing! He is caring and compassionate. He truly wants his patient to get better. He has a vast amount of experience and is not afraid to try strategies that are “outside of the box.” He offers zoom sessions, which has been nice for us. He is able to get in the appropriate referrals at outside hospitals if needed. I would definitely recommend Dr. Devney at this practice. He has helped our family tremendously.”

“I called to schedule a psych appointment today and had a very negative experience with the scheduler. I explained that my work schedule is difficult and needed time to check my work schedule. When I asked to schedule via email, she told me she didn’t want to spend the time doing that. This was incredibly dismissive, especially coming from a mental health provider. I left the call feeling disregarded and unsupported, which is the last thing anyone should feel when reaching out for care.”

“Medically irresponsible. My daughter has been without her meds for 5 days because they did not send in the refill request- not first time this has happened. Voicemails and emails have gone unanswered by provider, although they were very quick to contact me earlier in they year when my credit card wasn’t working. Seek care elsewhere”

“Front desk staff are unfriendly, and curt. In my time being a patient I have had several unpleasant and frustrating encounters with one woman at the front Collette and another woman I spoke to on the phone lacked total empathy or compassion and couldn’t be bothered with what I was calling about. They are in the wrong speciality for mental health. Working the front desk you are the first thing patients interact with, and they do not represent this practice well. Communication and follow up with providers is often difficult, as I do not have a way to contact my provider other than the main office email. There seems to be no sense of urgency no matter what it’s regarding. Please reconsider some of your office policies, especially when it comes to handling people’s medications or getting a patient portal. My direct experience with my provider has been okay, they are very nice, and have been sympathetic but I’m not Sure I’m getting exactly what I need or are on the same page as them, and again getting in communication with them is often challenging. So because of that I may have to go else where.”
